OUTREACH AND MISSIONS
Faith Harvest supports 12 native missionaries in Asia through our "Holding the Ropes" program.
We also support 12 children in Africa through Teen Missions.
In addition to these financial gifts, we support our members as they are called to go on short term missions.
And recently, we have begun developing outreach work in Mexico (see below)
Each year at Thanksgiving, we provide a home-cooked, hot Thanksgiving Dinner for 200 - 300 people...a mixture of homeless people as well as families and individuals who simply have nowhere to go for Thanksgiving. It is an opportunity to minister to many individuals.

INDIA MISSION TRIP 2012
In February of this year, Pastor Maggie Hillis, Amy Griffis and Michelle Wanzo will join a mission team heading for India.

MEXICO OUTREACHES
The Lord has opened the door for much outreach/mission work in Mexico, in the town of Puerto Penasco, known to Arizonans as Rocky Point.
On the fourth Saturday of each month, a team travels to RP for the day and participates in a massive outreach sponsored by a coalition of churches there. The leadership is primarily through Family of God Fellowship, in Rocky Point. On that Saturday each month, our church provides the cereal, milk, paper products, etc and feeds approximately 200 children who come out for breakfast and a Sunday School experience. Parents accompanything them also participate and there is a worship service for the adults as well.
Beginning in December of 2011 we have added another team who volunteers to help with a free medical clinic there, also sponsored by the churches.

We at FHC are excited about these opportunities to serve and to minister. The goal in all of these works is not only to feed the poor, which is in itself blessed by the Lord, but to take every opportunity to give the gospel to those who are lost.

This year more than 300 Christmas gifts were collected for children in Puerto Penasco. The gifts will be given out as just one part of a massive multi-church outreach in the Mexican town also known as Rocky Point.
The gifts were collected from the congregations of Faith Harvest and have already been delivered to Family of God Fellowship in PP.
